All offers on the website are without obligation. AIOUA reserves the right to change the products and prices. We try to display the products as accurately as possible. Despite these efforts, errors can occur.

4. Prices

All prices listed are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of shipping costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payment

Payments can be made via the available payment methods offered on the website. Orders will be processed once payment has been received.

6. Shipping and delivery

We do our utmost to process and ship your order as soon as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Any delays will be communicated in a timely manner.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it without giving any reason. You must return the product to us unopened, in the original packaging and without damage. The costs of return shipping are for the account of the customer.

8. Returns

Upon receipt of the returned products, AIOUA will refund the full purchase price, including any standard shipping costs, within 14 days, provided the product is in its original condition.

9. Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our products. If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

10. Liability

AIOUA is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of our products. Liability for direct damage is at all times limited to the amount of the order.

11. Complaints
